Won’t my customers hate talking to a robot?
At 9pm on a Saturday, your customer isn’t choosing between you and the AI. They’re choosing between the AI and your voicemail. It tells them up front that it’s an AI assistant. Most people just want someone to pick up.
Does it replace my office staff?
No. During business hours your phone rings first as usual. Coverline only picks up if nobody gets it by the 4th ring. It replaces your voicemail, not your people.
What if it books something wrong?
It reads the date, time, and address back to the caller and waits for a yes before anything goes on your calendar. If it’s unsure about anything, it doesn’t guess. It texts you so you can call back.
Will spam calls run up my bill?
No. Robocalls are filtered out and never count against your minutes, and you can see every blocked call in your call log.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. It’s month to month and you can cancel anytime. The product has to earn its keep every month.
What if something breaks?
